Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

BDS Trading EOOD is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
