Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
