Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time for delivery.

• Shipping fees are automatically calculated during the ordering process and will be displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• BDS Trading EOOD is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
